"The purpose of this organization is to encourage and to support the fine art of printmaking in all its varied forms for the benefit of artists and the public through education and exhibition; to establish and sustain a creative center that will promote interaction among artists of different abilities and advance their artistic and professional growth; to promote participation of the public both at the PCNJ facility and throughout the State of New Jersey.
The Council offers classes and workshops, studio and darkroom rentals, and children's group programs, as well as public exhibitions."
